Location: Singapore

Mobility: Open to qualified candidates currently based in India who are willing to relocate to Singapore; employment and work authorization subject to employer requirements.

• Role Overview

Develop, debug and release semiconductor ATE test programs from first-silicon through production. The role covers digital, analog, mixed-signal, RF and/or PMIC devices and requires hands-on ownership of characterization, correlation, production release and test-cost improvement.

Country-specific emphasis: Preference for candidates with V93K/V93000 SmarTest 7/8 and/or UltraFLEX experience. Experience in PMIC, digital, RF or mixed-signal products is highly relevant.

• Key Responsibilities

Develop and debug ATE test programs for characterization, qualification and high-volume manufacturing.

Support first-silicon bring-up, device characterization and production readiness.

Develop and debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, functional and MBIST patterns.

Perform PVT characterization and analyze parametric/functional failures.

Correlate test results across bench, wafer sort, final test and multiple production sites.

Optimize test coverage, test time, multisite efficiency and overall test cost.

Investigate yield excursions and work with design, DFT, product, quality and foundry teams.

Support tester, handler, prober and test-interface integration.

Prepare technical reports, release documentation and production handoff packages.

Support NPI, qualification lots and volume ramp.

• Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline.

2-10+ years of relevant semiconductor test, product, validation, hardware, manufacturing-test or application-engineering experience, depending on level.

Hands-on semiconductor laboratory, ATE and/or production-test experience appropriate to the role.

Strong analytical, debugging and cross-functional problem-solving capability.

English required.
