ATE SLT Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, debug, and optimize ATE test programs and test patterns for semiconductor products using Advantest V93K.
• Collaborate with design, validation, and architecture teams to ensure comprehensive IP test coverage and successful test program integration.
• Support first silicon bring-up, product feature validation, and new test methodology development.
• Perform silicon characterization across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) conditions.
• Integrate and validate test methodologies involving HBM, Scan, and BIST.
• Conduct test correlation, validation, and test program release for high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive test time optimization, yield improvement, failure analysis, and product quality enhancement.
• Support product qualification activities and customer return failure analysis.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development, product engineering, or ATE test engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in Advantest V93K ATE test program development and debugging (mandatory).
• Experience in test pattern development and integration, including HBM, Scan, and BIST.
• Knowledge of silicon bring-up, silicon characterization, and PVT testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as C/C++, Python, Perl, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or CVS.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, yield analysis, and test data interpretation.
• Familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
