ATE Senior Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the specification, design and verification of hardware and software for our high-tech test systems.
• Define the hardware architecture and schematics based on marketing or end user requirements.
• Complete HW design in collaboration with other experts.
• Bring-up of the first prototypes, and help troubleshoot complex HW issues (noise, accuracy & bandwidth issues, jitter etc.).
• Design & develop the software features related to levels & timing calibration.
• Depending on the project you may also be in charge of the HW characterisation.
• Work closely with the FPGA and the SW team.
• Join a team of 15+ software / firmware / hardware engineers using Agile methods

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electronics & Software engineering with 10 years of experience required in HW design.
• Curious, and rigorous, you enjoy working on complex technical systems.
• Passionate about learning and acquiring new domain of expertise.
• Able to work in an international context and travel abroad occasionally.
• Strong team spirit that allows you to integrate quickly.
• Proven skills in SW or FPGA development would be a plus.
