ASST SALES MANAGER/SALES MANAGER

1.0RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

1.1 Monitoring of upcoming and ongoing projects for tendering.

1.2 Attend to sales inquiries and build long-term partnership with current clients / contractors.

1.3 Require to interact with all levels to ensure that projects are being carried out smoothly.

1.4 To maintain a good relationship and networking with customers / contractors.

1.5 To analysis and monitor market trends and company competency level against competitors companies as well as to observe and gather information on future market opportunities and closely follow-up.

1.6 To monitor on customers payment and creditability status.

1.7 Preparation of order quotation and negotiation of contract terms and conditions.

1.8 Any other duty assigned by the Marketing Manager / Marketing Director.

2.0MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

2.1 At least 3 years of proven sales track records in Building / Construction materials
