The successful candidate will be part of the Safety, Security, Quality and Health department of Cabin Crew Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate on the causal factors of inflight accidents from the Cabin Crew Accident Reports (CCAR) and raise investigative reports with appropriate mitigative actions.
- Familiar with the Workplace Injury and Compensation Act (WICA) and responsible for liaising with MOM and insurers regarding WICA applications for cabin crew injuries.
- Analysing cabin crew inflight work injury trends and tracking and monitoring progress to ensure Safety Performance Indicator (SPI) targets are achieved.
- Preparing inflight injury statistics and analysis for divisional and corporate-level meeting.
- Preparation of various communications to improve the awareness of workplace safety.
- Engage and collaborate with internal Business Units to follow up on matters raised in Hazard Reports.
- Organise campaigns and publish communication collaterals to promote safety, security, and a healthy lifestyle for cabin crew.
- Requirements
- A university degree in any discipline is acceptable.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good observational skills, with an investigative and inquisitive mind.
- Strong written competency for investigation reporting and communications to crew population.
- Good analytical thinking and digital skills would be an advantage.
- Strong team player.
