Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand equity for Tiong Lian Food. Manage digital and e-commerce platforms while delivering measurable marketing campaign outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branding and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and strengthen brand presence
- Design and oversee production of marketing materials, including managing photoshoots to ensure brand consistency and quality
- Write compelling copy for marketing collateral, social media, and direct marketing emails (EDM) to engage target audiences
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media activities, analyzing reach and conversion metrics to optimize performance
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging communication platforms to recommend innovative marketing approaches
- Oversee the e-commerce website and online shopping platform to enhance user experience and drive sales growth
- Prepare and analyze marketing campaign reports, evaluating return on investment, effectiveness, and customer feedback to inform future strategies
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders to align marketing objectives across departments
- Execute additional marketing-related duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Competencies & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in SME food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms and familiarity with social media channels
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver strong return on investment
- Demonstrated experience overseeing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Good knowledge of local business trends relevant to marketing strategy development
