Asst Manager, Operations - Settlement

Job Responsibilities :

. Trade matching, processing and settlement.

. Process settlement for FX, MM , Derivative Products, Futures and DTCC.

. Process Clearstream Bond and MAS Bills trade.

. Process repurchase agreement trades.

. Conduct System testing.

. Handle and resolve settlement discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate settlement of trade and payment.

. Ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the regulatory and internal requirements.

. Maintain close communication and coordination with Head Office

. Review and ensure operational problems, complaints and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

. Supporting business plans and periodical reporting to management.

Job Requirements :

. Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Banking or equivalent.

. At least 3 to 5 years experience within the settlement related field.

. Familiar with Xact and Swift is essential.

. Familiar with MAS and DTCC derivatives reporting.

. Experience in reconciliation, treasury operation control and clearing businesses.

. Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking colleagues in headquarters
