Asst Manager/Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily workshop operations (spray painting & bodywork)
• Supervise and coordinate with spray painters and technicians
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of vehicles
• Liaise with customers on job progress, quotations, and expectations
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and manpower planning
• Monitor inventory (paint, materials, tools) and coordinate purchases
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations
• Support business development and customer service improvement
