they are seeking a Assistant Geotechnical Design Manager with strong knowledge in soil mechanics, geotechnical analysis, and design software to support tender proposals, technical design and project coordination.

about the job

• liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• assist in mentoring the design team, supporting technical development
• develop geotechnical solutions, including ground improvement methods
• ensure geotechnical designs meet regulatory standards, engineering codes and project deadlines.
• conduct site visits to support design implementation and promote quality and best practices on-site.

knowledge and skills

• degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (PEB Recognised)
• minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in geotechnical engineering
• skilled in Autocad, Plaxis 2D/3D and Office
• additional certification in safety related course is highly advantageous
