Job Description

  • Analyse financial performance, identifying variances and providing clear insight and recommendations.

  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making with data-driven analysis.

  • Maintain and improve financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.

  • Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track business performance trends.

  • Provide cost analysis, margin analysis, and profitability reporting across products, customers, or divisions.

  • Support audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation.

  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Financial Analysis or Accounting
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
  • Collaboration: Builds and maintains internal networks, fostering teamwork and leveraging global resources
  • Organization Strong ability to manage tasks and priorities
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel capability; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
