Reporting Line

Report locally to the Managing Director Head of Transportation Finance, Asia Pacific

Main Responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of the Head of Transportation Finance in Asia Pacific, the candidate will support the Transportation team in its work of originating, structuring, executing, distributing and managing aircraft finance transactions.

  • Marketing activities including performing market and counterparty research and analysis, preparing internal and external pitches and arranging meetings with clients and other market participants;
  • Due diligence activities including performing credit analysis, preparing counterparty credit ratings, collating Know Your Customer information;
  • Transaction-related activities including performing pricing and transaction analysis, preparing internal approval applications, collating and disseminating transaction-specific information and on-going transaction monitoring and management activities;
  • Reporting-related activities such as analysing transaction returns for the bank, preparing internal reports and collating and disseminating related information;
  • Other ad hoc activities that the Transportation team and its members may be required to carry out.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Self-motivated, good team player, customer focused, ability to take responsibility and work independently on projects;
  • Initiative in coordinating team members or other departments around the globe;
  • Strong business acumen with good sense of deal closing; and
  • Excellent English communication skills written / oral internally to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
  • A strong team player
