Primarily responsible to handle Know-Your-Customer processes in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements including client onboardings, periodic AML reviews, and daily compliance screenings
Support Structured Commodity Finance team in business development, legal documentation, account opening/electronic banking system set up, and other administrative functions
Assist Relationship Managers in handling clients requests; to follow up on primary and secondary trade transactions inquiries; and any other duties relating to portfolio management
Assist in annual/interim reviews of the credit portfolio; including follow up on monitoring reports from Credit Admin
Oversee intern training
Cover the Assistant Relationship Manager for our German Desk team in case of absence
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or comparable
At least 5 years of experience in the banking and finance industry
Possess both general banking and trade finance knowledge
Experience in the area of Structured Trade and/or Commodity Financing will be an advantage
Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication, positive attitude and good analytical skills
