Position Overview:
As a Senior Associate / Vice President in our expanding Investment Banking team, you will play an integral role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Southeast Asia.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on projects alongside talented bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups, providing you with a unique learning opportunity
- Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring and negotiation
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution
- Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions
- Develop marketing memoranda and participate in client meetings and presentations
- Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
- Assist the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging full spectrum of the bank's capabilities
- Reviewing and coordinating the analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing/execution process forward
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5-7 year's of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields. Candidates with less than five year's relevant working experience will not be considered
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, diligent with strong analytical, communication and writing skills
- Well versed in ECM / M&A and track record of leading the execution of transactions
- Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management
- Fluency in English and preferably another Southeast Asian language
