Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and support of UC platforms (voice, video, conferencing).

• Support system upgrades, patches, and integrations under senior guidance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve UC-related issues to ensure high availability.

• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure seamless communication services.

• Maintain documentation and support internal training efforts.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years in IT support, networking, or telecommunications.

• Basic understanding of VoIP, SIP, or networking fundamentals (e.g., CCNA level knowledge is a strong plus).

• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex) is an advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and a problem-solving mindset.

• Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals) are a plus, but not required.
