Are you passionate about shaping the future workforce and connecting early-career talent to meaningful career opportunities As an Associate, Talent Acquisition (Early Careers), you will play a pivotal role in building a strong pipeline of talent through impactful recruitment, engaging internship programmes, and strategic campus partnerships.

Reporting to the Early Careers Lead, you will manage end-to-end internship recruitment, plan and execute internship programmes, and drive engagement initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and internal stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate and intern experience.

What will you do

Internship Hiring

  • Drive full-cycle internship recruitment across various IHLs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, analysing data to generate insights that improve hiring outcomes and candidate quality.

Intern Events & Engagement

  • Plan, organise, and execute intern engagement initiatives, including orientation, graduation, and key engagement events.
  • Create meaningful experiences that enhance intern engagement, sense of belonging, and overall programme satisfaction.

Internship Programme Management & Journey Enhancement

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and internship processes for greater efficiency and programme quality.
  • Enhance the overall candidate and intern experience through thoughtful communication, structured touchpoints, and journey design.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and IHL partners to align hiring plans and expectations throughout the internship lifecycle.

Campus Engagement

  • Represent the organisation at career fairs, networking events and industry talks to enhance NCS brand visibility and connect with top early careers talent.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment, early careers, or internship programme management.
  • Experience organising engagement events or managing large-scale programmes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing large intern cohorts and high-volume recruitment.
  • Outgoing personality with an interest in engaging groups or hosting events.
  • Passionate about connecting with students and fresh graduates across diverse engagement channels.
  • A growth mindset and genuine interest in developing the next generation of talent.
