Associate System Engineer (Windows)
- Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and related services, including IIS, SQL Server &Exchange Server.
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 or Office 365 &related services.
- Configure and troubleshoot Azure Cloud services and the workload running
- Configure and troubleshoot Hypervisor Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware).
- Provide level 1support for Windows-related issues and perform routine system & application updates, patches, and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Experience in administering Windows-based systems and infrastructure.
- Experience in administering basic Microsoft 365 or Office 365
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Basic understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and scripting tasks is a plus
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions.
- Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-900 or equivalent are added advantage.
