Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate to join our Strategy & Analytics team. The individual will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks related to strategic planning and data analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in finance and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Research & Planning

• Support market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, strategic opportunities, and emerging priorities.

AI Exploration & Innovation

• Contribute to the evaluation and application of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, workflow automation) to enhance business processes, support decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.

Project Management Support

• Assist in managing cross-functional initiatives, including coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of strategic projects.

Business Insights & Analysis

• Perform targeted analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluate business opportunities (with less focus on complex financial modelling).

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare clear and concise presentations and materials for senior management to communicate key insights, project updates, and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to gather inputs, align on priorities, and support implementation of strategic initiatives.

Ad-hoc Initiatives

Support additional strategy, innovation, and transformation projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in finance, consulting, or related field is a plus.
