Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Strategy & Analytics team. The individual will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks related to strategic planning and data analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in finance and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in developing financial models and performing data analysis to evaluate the financial performance of the company and its competitors.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders to communicate key findings and insights.
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to gather data and insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist with other ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years relevant experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in finance, consulting, or related field is a plus.
