The Deals Advisory team
Our team supports corporate and private equity clients through a pragmatic approach that unlocks value from a transaction. We support clients from wherever they are in the deal process be it deal strategy, due diligence, valuations or post-merger integration.

Responsibilities
- Populate and analyze financial data to support due diligence engagements
- Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and deliverables for clients and stakeholders
- Research and evaluate technical accounting issues to assess implications on transaction valuation and structuring
- Conduct industry and company research using online tools and publicly available information.
- Contribute to client presentations by synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or other relevant fields
- Atleast 1 year relevant experience for the Associate role ideally within a professional services environment is preferred, with exposure to M&A Advisory and/or Financial Due Diligence
- Atleast 2 years of relevant experience for the Senior Associate role, ideally within a professional services environment is preferred, with exposure to M&A Advisory and/or Financial Due Diligence, and with experience in mentoring junior team members
- Experience engaging with external clients and stakeholders
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
