Job Responsibilities:

• Execute corporate advisory transactions — including IPOs, secondary listings, rights issues, placements, general offers and delistings.
• Liaise with clients and other professional parties to help oversee financial, legal and commercial due diligence for IPO transactions.
• Review and assist in preparation of transaction documents for IPO and advisory engagements.
• Assist in preparation of pitch books, information memorandum and investor roadshow marketing materials.
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company-specific research.

Job Requirement

• Strong analytical skills and business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
• 1-5years of corporate finance and/or capital markets working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with a proven track record in IPO deal execution on the SGX or Bursa Malaysia are preferred
• Relevant degree with excellent academic results from a reputable university.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and produce deliverables in a timely manner.
• Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills.
