We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR professional to join Business China's Corporate Services team. In this role, you will gain exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions - from recruitment and compensation to employee engagement and HR administration. Job Duties & Responsibilities

1.HR Business Partnering

. Provide first-level support for employee queries on HR policies and practices, escalating complex matters when necessary.

. Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycle - ie. Goal setting, mid-year, year-end.

. Track employee development plans, assist in learning and development initiatives and training coordination.

. Support HR projects such as digitalisation, process improvements, and policy reviews.

2.Recruitment and Onboarding

. Manage full internship lifecycle.

. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks.

. Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires integrate successfully into the organisation.

3.Compensation & Benefits

. Assist in monthly claims and payroll processing, include CPF & IR8A submissions.

. Handle employee queries on compensation, benefits, and insurance matters.

. Assist in periodic compensation reviews, including salary benchmarking and market research.

4.HR Administration & Compliance

. Maintain accurate employee records in Info-Tech and p-files.

. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation.

. Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.

. Support HR audits, reporting, and submissions to regulatory authorities.

5.Employee Engagement & Culture

. Organise employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and wellness activities.

. Gather feedback and contribute ideas to strengthen workplace culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2. HR experience (e.g., 2 years as a generalist or in a business partnering role) is preferred but not required - candidates without prior HR experience are also welcome to apply.

3. Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.

4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

6. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and Info-Tech.

8. Singapore Citizens and PRs are strongly encouraged to apply.
