Responsibilities:
- Perform regular checks and diagnostic activities on security systems (such as CCTV and access control) to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Set up security equipment, configure systems, and conduct testing on-site.
- Provide both front and backend support for security, video management systems (e.g., Milestone XProtect), and communication infrastructure.
- Attend to, diagnose, and resolve onsite technical issues/faults within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare daily maintenance reports and maintain accurate records of service activities.
- Comply with company policies and safety regulations, ensuring work does not interrupt production.
Requirements
- Min Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Basic knowledge of IT networking, security systems, and troubleshooting
