Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team where you will play a vital role in managing daily operations and ensuring seamless transactions. This position offers the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily operations including investor transactions, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and dividends. Maintain accurate records of transactions and activities. Liaise with counterparties, financial institutions, and banks for settlement, reporting, and reconciliation of trades. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and reporting obligations. Collaborate with marketing and fund houses on account opening, fund onboarding, and documentation for AML/DDQ/annual reviews. Address investor inquiries and concerns relating to operations. Perform and coordinate end-to-end system testing for trade execution to settlement. Document operational workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and optimal productivity. Handle administrative tasks, ad-hoc assignments, and special projects as needed. Uphold organizational policies and standards, ensuring adherence to legislative regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in unit trust operations and bonds. Strong operational mindset and background. Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency. Good understanding of financial services practices and related regulatory requirements. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively in team discussions and meetings. Good problem-solving skills and capability to address complex situations with constructive solutions identified.
