Liaise and manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders such as Banks, Fund Managers, Fund Lawyers, Offshore lawyers, AML officers, Independent Directors and Registered Officer service providers.
Monitor and lead investor onboarding, tax reporting, compliance filings, etc. in a multi-jurisdiction environment.
Develop a rounded understanding of clients business needs and deliverables.
Identify business growth prospects within the industry.
Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary changes to team operations.
Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes.
Work closely with accounting and business development teams to streamline deliverables and client communication.
Train and mentor junior colleagues across Langham Hall Asia offices.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business/Finance/Law/Compliance.
Prior experience with a regional Fund Administrator preferred.
3-4 years of operations, investor relations and compliance experience in funds/financial services industry preferred.
Familiarity with Australian, Singaporean, Caribbean and other Asia based Private Funds regulatory regimes.
Ability to independently lead client relationships, problem-solve and ensure timely escalation to Management.
Ability to digest regulations and translate them into SOPs.
Familiarity with Microsoft access and power Apps.
Familiarity with a multi-cultural environment.
