Associate / Senior Associate

Details:

We are looking for Singapore qualified lawyers to join our firm's Construction Practice. While we prefer candidates with some experience in construction law, we are prepared to consider strong candidates with keen interest in learning and building a practice in construction law.

The nature of the practice is such that we regularly advise and represent a variety of players in the construction industry ranging from developers, main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, architects and other stakeholders in the construction industry. Our construction disputes practice encompasses adjudication, arbitration, litigation, neutral evaluations and mediation involving large-scale and complex projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Work directly with partners on a diverse range of local and cross-border construction-related projects.

- Coordinating and liaising with clients and other stakeholders.

- Contributing to internal discussions and providing input on strategy.

- Drafting and reviewing documents in relation to ongoing matters.

Requirements:

- While our preference is for lawyers with 3-5 PQE, strong candidates will be considered regardless of PQE.

- Good degree from a reputable university.

- Able to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.
