Key responsibilities

Perform trade booking, reconciliation, and lifecycle updates, including the processing of corporate actions.
Provide dedicated trade support by resolving trade-related issues and responding to stakeholder queries.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily operational tasks to maintain correct risk and financial records.
Investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies across P&L, settlement, and funding.
Drive process improvements through automation, streamlining, and participation in projects and testing.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least one year of experience in an investment banking environment, ideally in a middle office or trade processing role.
Strong awareness of operational risk and control principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with automation and BI tools considered an advantage.
