Associate/Senior Associate

Join a dynamic team as an Associate, where you will play a critical role in managing and executing private credit investments across the APAC region, focusing on key markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on co-investment opportunities and secondary private credit or structured finance transactions, primarily within APAC. Prepare comprehensive credit and investment applications, including historical financial analysis and investment recommendations. Monitor the performance of the private credit portfolio, ensuring adherence to credit risk standards and covenant compliance. Enhance investment and compliance processes through technology solutions and refined workflows.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. CFA or CAIA charter holders are preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in investment functions within financial institutions, excluding internship periods. Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in due diligence for investment transactions and alternative real estate sectors is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to draft detailed reports and present findings effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse workplace.
