Support the execution of Mergers & Acquisitions, IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Private Placements and other related Capital Markets transactions
Conduct comparable company/ comparable transaction analysis and develop financial modelling for business valuation
Preparation of marketing related materials, including industry research, sales teaser, information memorandum, term sheets, discussion materials for clients and investors engagement, agreements, and due diligence-related material/ documentations
Assist in organization and coordination of meetings/roadshows and other relevant marketing activities
Liaise with clients and investors to work towards successful completion of transactions
Prepare/maintain documentation and compliance papers for internal committee approvals
Support the department in business development
Opportunities to work across the Capital Markets department in corporate finance transactions or corporate restructuring transactions
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related disciplines from a reputable university
Prior work experience of at least 2 years in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Consulting in specialised industry, Equity Research, Corporate Finance or Financial Sales work experience, with a track record of completed Capital Markets transactions, would be an advantage.
