The Corporate Secretarial Associate/Senior Associate assists in handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and offshore companies (may include public listed companies) and ensures that all company secretarial matters of clients are handled.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- . Assist in providing company secretarial services to a range of clients
- . Handle full set of company secretarial documents
- . Communicate with clients independently
- . Oversee issuing of invoices and following up on payments
- Incorporation of local companies as and when requested by clients
- . Prepare and arrange statutory forms for filing
- . General filing of documents and statutory books
- . Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint
- . Ensure filing deadlines are met
- . Completes time sheets in an accurate and timely manner
- . Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- . Minimum Degree / Diploma holder and starting ICSA qualification
- . Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm
- . Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system as an advantage
- . Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- . Independent and able to work under pressure.
