Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across Vietnam. The role involves developing commercial strategies, managing distributor relationships, supporting product launches, and working closely with healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
· Manage distributor performance through KPI setting, regular reviews, and ongoing support.
· Identify opportunities to drive sustainable business growth and expand market penetration.
· Support the successful launch of new products and ensure effective market adoption.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
· Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
· Develop market insights by monitoring customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and procurement practices.
· Participate in strategic tenders and support business development opportunities.
· Promote educational and training initiatives for distributors and healthcare professionals.
· Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular performance reports.
· Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices, medical consumables, or the healthcare industry.
· Exposure to hospital environments, particularly operating theatres or surgical products, would be advantageous.
· Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels is preferred.
· Good understanding of healthcare procurement processes and public hospital tender environments.
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
