Job Description

Job Purpose:

To increase portfolio profitability through customer engagement and cross-sell, focusing on incremental deposit growth, customer count and fee income from FX, Banca and Cash Management products.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Meet targets by increasing the profitability of existing portfolio, with focus on increasing deposits, customer count and fee income from FX, Banca and Cash Management products.
  • Cross selling of our Banks suite of products and regional network.
  • Work closely with respective Portfolio Managers to review accounts on a regular basis to prevent non-compliance issues from arising
  • Work closely with respective Portfolio Managers to ensure proper and timely submission of CDD reviews, adherence to compliance guidelines, statutory compliance and regulations.
  • Perform operational processes in compliance with the Banks policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Finance/Business/Economics/Project Management)
  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Commercial/SME Banking sector
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial banking products and services
  • Project management and organisational skills
  • Analytical and attention to details
  • Written and communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and manage various project elements
  • Stakeholders management
