Morgan McKinley is looking for ambitious, fresh talent to join our Singapore office as an Associate/Consultant. This is a junior-level role designed for those who have a passion for sales but want to build a career in a highly technical space. You will specialize in sourcing for the Procurement & Supply Chain or Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors-industries that are the backbone of the global economy.
Job Scope
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, specialized search, and networking within your technical niche.
- Identify and engage high-calibre professionals through headhunting, cold calling, and social selling.
- Provide support in managing relationships with global MNCs and specialized boutiques through business development and cold calling.
- Interviewing, selecting, and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the rigorous standards of our clients.
- Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the hiring process.
- Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of Go Beyond service.
- Completing and maintaining all candidate and client information on our database system to ensure we remain an insights-driven business.

- While this is a junior role, you should be comfortable with influencing, networking, and thriving under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems and remain organized when dealing with complex technical roles.
