Job Scope:
- Research Work
- Contributing to the development and implementation of research projects
- Conducting data analyses to address queries from stakeholders
- Conducting literature reviews
- Assisting with focus groups and interviews
- Performing data entry and transcribing audio/video recordings
- Setting up and maintaining databases and data visualisation dashboards
- Monitoring data collection progress
- Verifying the completeness and quality of data and ensuring data security
- Assisting in documentation of work processes
- Preparing and presenting research updates to stakeholders
- Capability Building Work
- Designing info posters, presentations, and other dissemination materials for corporate functions and capability-building purposes
- Administrative Work
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the reporting officer
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields
- Keen interest in working in the social service sector
- Interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Research experience
