Project Management Planning includes setting goals and objectives, defining roles, and producing schedules and timelines for tasks - in accordance with the needs of our client.
Manage scope creep, track project development/milestone, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Provide project updates to internal management and client.
Ensure action items are acted upon in a timely manner.
Report and escalate to higher management as needed.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Provide thorough follow through and deliver customer satisfaction.
Client management - this include manage customers expectations, be responsive to customers requests, balance team workload & deliverables, etc.
Requirements
2 years or more in IT Management/Application Project Management
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science or related
Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodology
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Problem solver and critical thinker
Project and time management skills
Open Minded, analytical mind and research orientation
Certification in PMP or any other project management certification.
Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management is a plus
