PMO Analyst / Junior Project Coordinator (IT Projects)

Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Contract : 12 Months Renewable

Location : Changi

Job Description:

Support the PMO team in the coordination and administration of IT projects.
Assist in tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables and action items.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards and presentation materials.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Support budget and expense tracking, including purchase orders, invoices and payment-related documentation.
Assist with resource tracking, onboarding and project staffing coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders on project activities.
Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Support project governance and reporting activities.
Perform general project and team administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
0-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business operations, IT or a related area would be advantageous.
Good Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and general reporting skills.
Exposure to Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and following up on tasks.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Interest in developing a career in IT project management/PMO.
Candidates with internship or project experience in banking, financial services or technology environments will have an advantage.
