Associate / Production Technician | Pharma MNC | New Plant Start-Up

Summary:Responsible for production unit operations, such as production preparation, charging, reaction temperature control, sampling, workup operations, EBR implementation

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production processes according to SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Support production activities including equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and material handling.
• Perform routine checks and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing operations.
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
• Escalate equipment issues or process deviations to supervisors.
• Support line clearance, cleaning verification, and housekeeping activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support startup activities for the new facility

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
• Min. 1-2 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with GMP and cleanroom environments is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills reading, writing and speaking, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in China and overseas is preferred
• Able to work 12hours shifts when plant is operational ready or standby when required
• Open to candidates with no prior experience
