Summary: Responsible for production unit operations, such as production preparation, charging, reaction temperature control, sampling, workup operations, EBR implementation
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production processes according to SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Support production activities including equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and material handling.
- Perform routine checks and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing operations.
- Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.
- Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
- Escalate equipment issues or process deviations to supervisors.
- Support line clearance, cleaning verification, and housekeeping activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support startup activities for the new facility
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
- Min. 1-2 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with GMP and cleanroom environments is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills - reading, writing and speaking, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in China and overseas is preferred
- Able to work 12hours shifts when plant is operational ready or standby when required
- Open to candidates with no prior experience
