The Role
We're looking for a technically-minded
Associate Product Manager to support our product line leads across KYB, KYC, and UBO. This is a great fit for someone early in their PM career who is comfortable working close to the technical layer — writing API specs, supporting client integrations, and using data to investigate and validate product behaviour.
You'll report to and work closely with the CPTO, with real ownership over your work from day one.

Responsibilities
- Support product line managers with business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution scoping
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, API docs, wireframes, and PRDs
- Support API development cycles — reviewing, documenting, and improving API behaviour and edge cases
- Assist with client proof-of-concept engagements — answer technical questions, validate integrations, and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate closely with engineering to execute on deliverables, balancing quality and time-to-market
- Write feature specs, support QA test planning, manage backlog items, and help ship product improvements on time
- Collect and synthesise feedback from client-facing teams; surface patterns and propose solutions to the product team
- Maintain internal product documentation — specs, edge cases, changelogs, and FAQs — keeping them accurate and current
- Leverage AI tools actively to accelerate spec writing, research, and day-to-day PM work
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a technical role within compliance, regtech, fintech, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with compliance domains (KYC, KYB, AML, UBO) is a strong advantage
- Comfortable reading and writing API documentation — REST, JSON payloads, error codes
- SQL proficiency — able to query databases independently to investigate issues, validate data, and pull ad-hoc analysis without engineering support
- A strong AI user — actively applies AI tools to improve your own workflows and output quality
- Structured thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders clearly and efficiently
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required for communication with Mandarin-speaking associates and stakeholders)
