Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Associate Producer to support the end-to-end production and delivery of live shows and events in Singapore and other international markets. You will coordinate with artists, venues, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless on-time execution, budget adherence and premium production quality. This role is ideal for hands-on event production professionals who thrive in fast-paced creative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end production planning and on-site execution of live performances, concerts and events in Singapore, including scheduling, venue coordination, vendor management and show day management.
• Liaise with international artists, artist management teams and local suppliers (venue, technical, travel, catering, etc.) to align on requirements, riders and deliverables.
• Support production budget preparation, tracking and reconciliation; process payments and maintain accurate cost records.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, work permits and end-to-end logistics for artists and production crews.
• Apply for required government permits on behalf of the production.
• Partner with marketing and ticketing teams to align on event timelines, key milestones and promotional asset delivery.
• Maintain production documentation including run-of-show schedules, technical riders, contact lists and post-event debrief reports.
• Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure shows run safely and smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Arts Management, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in live event production, concert production or arts administration; experience working with international touring artists is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience in venue liaison, vendor management and on-site show execution.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage professionally with artists, stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional language skills are a plus.
• Highly adaptable, with strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during event periods.
