Summary of Role:

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking highly skilled and motivated Process Engineering interns to become part of ourstate of the artfactory.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

In your role as Engineering Intern, you will be working with an assigned Engineer to:

  • Review, Analyze & Respond to inline process controlchatesto meet Quality, Cost, Productivity Goals

  • Troubleshoot process related issues, provide detailed & accurate data for proper wafer disposition and pass down

  • Execute actions to optimize production moves, qualify new processes & improvements projects

  • Participatein cross-function team projects

  • Lead improvement projects and present results

  • Collaborate with equipment and maintenance teams including engineers, technicians, managers and production employees in a dynamic environment.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Actively pursuing aDiplomain Chemical engineering, Electrical/ElectronicsEngineering, Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Science or related field during the time of internship.
