A leading global alternative investment firm is seeking a Private Credit Associate to join its Asia Credit team in Singapore.
Candidate Profile
- 34 years of relevant experience preferred
- Background in private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, or investment banking
- Investment banking candidates should have strong Leveraged Finance experience
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
- Ties to Asia or demonstrated interest in the region strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute private credit and structured financing opportunities across Asia
- Perform detailed financial modeling, credit analysis, and due diligence
- Support deal structuring, documentation review, and investment committee materials
- Monitor portfolio investments and assist with ongoing asset management
- Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals across regions
