Position: Associate (Part-Time) Freelance WSH Auditor

Job Description

As an Associate (Part-Time) Freelance WSH Auditor, you will:

1. Conduct all types of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) audits in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC), and relevant Singapore Standards.

2. Carry out audits for clients across various industries, including chemical, construction, metalworking, shipyards, manufacturing, and related sectors.

3. Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive audit reports that meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.

4. Ensure professional due diligence, impartiality, and integrity in auditing practices, with zero non-compliance to MOM and SAC auditing protocols.

5. Engage clients professionally to gather evidence, verify compliance, and recommend corrective actions where required.

6. Support Greensafe's commitment to excellence in safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards.

Competency & Qualification Requirements

The candidate must possess the following:

1. Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant WSH Officer working experience, OR

2. Diploma in Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant WSH Officer working experience

3. Graduate Certificate in WSH (Level D)

4. Registered WSH Officer (MOM-registered)

5. Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) - SCDF recognised

6. Strong auditing knowledge and practical experience in WSH legislation, risk management, and auditing techniques.

7. Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin.

8. Good report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to work independently as a freelance auditor, exercising sound judgment, fairness, and objectivity in all audits.
