As an Associate in Case Management, you will provide frontline support to customers requiring medical assistance. You will handle case coordination, admission arrangements, and follow-up, ensuring customers experience care and reassurance throughout their medical journey.
- Respond promptly to customer and agent enquiries during working hours.
- Station at assigned hospital counters to support walk in enquiries.
- Support the processing of cashless admissions, liaising with hospitals and clinics.
- Facilitate communication between customers, agents, and healthcare providers.
- Document all cases handled and ensure proper handover of eligible cases to the next shift.
- Provide empathetic reassurance and guidance to customers and their families.
- Assist in implementing service protocols and identify opportunities to improve operations.
- Possess at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and an empathetic service mindset.
- Are quick learners with strong problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in urgent situations.
- Are willing and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays on rotation, if required
