In charge of equipment setup and assembly. Depending on the equipment, it can include vision, AOI, tape and reel machines, electrical and mechanical components.
Take charge of machine / module alignment, vision alignment and calibrate machine checkout including electrical and mechanical assembly issues.
On site support occasionally, both locally and overseas with ability to perform trouble shooting.
Manage kit assembly, testing and certification.
Manage stock inventory level.
Duty for part-purchasing and collection.
Liaise with subcontractors where necessary.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering, NITEC or Higher NITEC with minimum 1 - 3 years relevant experience.
Fresh diploma graduates are welcomed to apply.
Work experience in automation, mechanical and electrical environments in the semiconductor industry will be valuable.
Preference for machinery automation with electrical, servo sensor and pneumatic system understanding.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings will be an advantage.
Need for mechanical hands-on ability.
Mechanical alignment, motor tuning, AOI or vision knowledge will be a plus.
