Role Overview:
Responsible for operating and maintaining chemical processing and support equipment, ensuring smooth production workflows, safety compliance, and quality control in a pilot-scale manufacturing environment.
Core Duties:
- Ensuring all machinery and tools are clean before starting a batch to prevent contamination.
- Following instructions on the Production Order to select the correct components, equipment, and production cycle.
- Performing any necessary adjustments or dilutions as directed by the lab.
- Picking materials from the warehouse and packing finished products as specified.
- Assisting in resolving any operational issues.
- Keeping your work area clean and ensuring proper use of PPE
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / Higher NITEC in chemical / manufacturing / mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Manufacturing/Production experience in Semicon/Chemical/Oil&Gas/Food industry
- Diploma / Higher NITEC in chemical / manufacturing / mechanical /
- With driving / motorbike license will be a plus
- Wiling to work at tuas south
- Normal day shift mon to friday 8am to 4.30pm
