Position: Associate Manufacturing Engineer
Working Location: Kallang
Salary: $3000 - $3500
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Job Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and operate AOI as well as Tape & Reel equipment
- Perform machine calibration, program setup (teaching), and trial runs to ensure proper functionality
- Verify that equipment output complies with customer and quality requirements
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve machine-related issues to minimize downtime
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience within the semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Prior exposure to automation systems or automated production lines
- Strong assembly background assembly experience is mandatory
