Expectations of the Role:

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of warehouse personnel in daily operations, including hiring, training, and performance development.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and maintain stock accuracy.
• Investigate inventory and shipment discrepancies promptly, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
• Review, update, and maintain operational procedures and documentation, ensuring timely revisions and relevant staff training.
• Oversee and manage departmental procurement activities.
• Conduct periodic system testing, simulations, and validations to support operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 5 or more.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.

Advantageous to Have:

• Familiarity with GSDP, GMP, ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO45001 standards.
• Strong proficiency in SAP WM7 and Microsoft Office applications.
