Role Summary and Impact

The appointee will be responsible for leading the delivery of client SEO services, driving strategy, and supporting the growth of the SEO practice.

You will oversee high-profile client accounts, where your strategic direction and leadership can make a significant impact on performance outcomes. As part of a high-performance team, you will not only contribute your expertise but also play an active role in mentoring junior team members and shaping how we continue to scale and grow.

In 3 months:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of existing processes, tools, and team workflows to ensure seamless delivery of client work.
  • Assess current client SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders across local markets.

In 6 months:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic SEO roadmaps that align with clients broader digital marketing goals.
  • Begin mentoring and guiding junior analysts, providing feedback and supporting their professional development.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and agency partners.
  • Drive alignment between SEO initiatives and wider cross-channel strategies.

In 12 months:

  • Take full ownership of SEO accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Actively contribute to new business pitches and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities to expand SEO scope within existing accounts.
  • Play a key role in refining team processes and elevating overall practice quality.


Skills and Experience

The candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in SEO, including technical, content, and strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization principles, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to develop and present data-driven SEO strategies to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how SEO contributes to business growth and revenue.
  • A continuous learner and self-starter, capable of adapting quickly to the evolving digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SEO tools (e.g., GA4, GSC, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
