Job Description

Role: Insurance Operations / Client Support Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of policy illustrations and client presentation materials for insurance specialists

2. Provide support to Insurance Specialists for new business and policy servicing transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating medical appointments with clinics, submitting required documentation to insurers, processing payment advice, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to advance various transactions

3. Preparation of policy review packages for incepted policies

4. Execute administrative tasks, including document printing, binding, and the arrangement of local and international courier services

5. Offer cross-support for Wealth Planning trust administration as needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience within Bancassurance or Insurance Brokerage environments

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

3. Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and a strong drive to achieve personal and professional objectives

4. Well‑developed organizational abilities, with effective project coordination and management skills
