About Product Marketing

As an Associate Manager, Sales Enablement on the Product Marketing team, you will help develop and execute impactful sales enablement materials while managing the content experience across Magnite's internal enablement systems. You'll ensure commercial teams across JAPAC are equipped with the right tools, resources, and messaging to clearly communicate Magnite's value proposition to clients. This role reports to the Senior Director, Go-to-Market, based in Los Angeles.

Sales Enablement Activation

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Partner with regional Marketing and Sales leads to align on product-based sales enablement priorities.
  • Localise and adapt product marketing messaging into clear, actionable content tailored to various sales stages and geographic markets.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, playbooks, and activation guides, to support client-facing teams across JAPAC.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from sales leadership to continuously refine and improve enablement resources based on adoption and impact.

Go-to-Market Support

  • Support product and feature launches by aligning enablement deliverables with global go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing leads to ensure enablement content accurately reflects current product capabilities, positioning, and value drivers.
  • Support localised training and onboarding programs by developing clear, visually engaging materials and documentation.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, field marketing, or B2B marketing; ad tech, agency, or media experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience developing or managing content in enablement platforms, such as Showpad or Highspot.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills, with the ability to synthesise technical concepts into accessible sales collateral.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Asana, and basic data reporting.
  • Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT to increase content production efficiency is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a comfort level working across departments and time zones.
